What Is Loma Encantada?
Loma Encantada (LEHOA) consists of fifty-nine single-family residences (units), plus a Club House and a Caretaker’s home located on twenty-nine acres of land. Access to the homes is by private, chip-sealed roadways that run through the landscaped common ground.

- To enhance, conserve and maintain LEHOA’s common ground, trees, shrubs, and roadways.
- To support the high standards as outlined in LEHOA’s covenants, by-laws, and regulations.
- To promote and maintain the common good, welfare, and enjoyment of the members of LEHOA.
